There are literally hundreds of places to eat in Camden Town, so whether you’re chasing cheap and cheerful or haute cuisine it’s here for you. Famous (and sometimes infamous) for market stall food – some of which is fabulous beyond belief – don’t forget about places like the York & Albany, Market, Caponata and Gilgamesh for a bit of posh too.

Coco Bamboo reflects its surroundings at the same time that it responds to its diversity through the unifying language of taste. At the time of Babel, it was only language which was confounded; the sense of taste remained the same. Taste is the only language spoken at Coco Bamboo, where you can enjoy a truly adventurous experience through the colourful nuances of Brazilian and Caribbean cuisine and a fine selection of exotic cocktails.

There is no such word as 'basic' in Cottons - every dish is presented with class and style. The menu reflects this with inspirations from Hispanic Margarita skilfully blended with French and Jamaican influences. Cottons brings Caribbean delicacies with a twist in a nouveau cuisine approach.

It's in the heart of hippest Camden Town, with classic ska and reggae wafting through the air, and an excellent vibe from the young, personable crowd who come to drink and meet. You'll be tempted to book the Mango Room before you even hear about the food. It's great - a fusion of traditional and modern Caribbean cuisine. Favourites include curry goat with hot pepper, scallions, pimento and spices, or chargrilled jerk chicken with jerk sauce. Do not miss the mango and banana brulee.
